As part of the 'SuperTroopers' health promoting initiative that we signed up during Term 1 2016/17, 5th and 6th class were invited to participate in a 'Nutritional Safari' around SuperValu in Portarlington on March 6th 2017. A nutritionalist guided the children around the store, explaining where various foods are on the food pyramid and providing advice on a healthy balanced diet.
