Mountlucas Windfarm walk

During the week of April 3rd 2017 the six schools in the parish of Clonbullogue/Rhode participated in a 5km sponsored walk at Mountlucas Windfarm kindly supported by Bord Na Móna. We walked on Friday April 7th and were very proud to be the fastest school to complete the 5km! Thanks to all the parents who walked with us on the day, to all who contributed to the sponsorship cards, and to the team at Mountlucas (especially Catherine Swaine) who helped make the morning so enjoyable. The children were delighted to be presented with goodie bags, an Easter egg and a certificate. It was a great start to the Easter Holidays!
